Questions, answered
What's the difference between semi-custom and custom?
Semi-custom signs use one of our designs, personalized with your names, date and wording. No design fee. Fully custom signs are designed from scratch for your event and include a $100 design fee, credited to your order.
Are pet illustrations included?
Yes! On our semi-custom themes that feature pet illustrations, like the signature drink signs in The Wavy and The Scalloped, your pet's illustration is included in the price. After you order, just send us a clear photo of your pet and we'll draw them in our style for your proof.
Will I see a proof before you make my sign?
Always. Every order gets a free digital proof by email within 1–2 business days. Nothing is engraved until you approve it.
How do suite savings work?
The more you get, the more you save: 10% off suites over $250, 15% over $500 and 20% over $750. Savings are applied automatically at checkout.
Can I get a theme in my wedding colors?
Yes! Choose Custom color in the builder and tell us your colors. It's a flat $75 per suite, and you'll see a proof before anything is made.
Can I send my wording later?
Of course. Add what you have now and send the rest when you get your proof email.
How far ahead should I order?
Your proof arrives within 1–2 business days. Production starts once you approve it, and your signs are made and shipped within 5–7 business days of your proof approval, plus shipping time. Need it sooner? Ask us about rush — the fee depends on your timeline.
