Shipping policy
Please be sure the address is correct at checkout, we do not adjust any address, and are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses. Shipping fees will not be reimbursed for items returned to us due to an inaccurate address.
Shipment processing time
Non custom items such as cards, keychains, and stickers will be processed within 5 business days.
Pre-Order items should ship in 2-3 weeks from order date. It is possible they will take longer to process.
For custom orders (ex. keychains), please give us up to 10 business days to process and complete your order. Business days are Monday - Friday. Holidays are not business days. No orders will be shipped out on January 1st of any year.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please keep in mind the below are shipping times, which is the estimated time your order will be in transit after it is processed. We are not responsible for delays on the shipping carrier's behalf.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking
After an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email for your order.
A shipment confirmation email will be sent after your order is shipped out and tracking will be provided.
*tracking is excluded for postcards and items under $3
Customs, duties, and taxes
Haven Print Co. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Haven Print Co. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly at info@havenprintco.com to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We do not ship outside of the United States.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
