Date Painting

• Each piece is one of a kind, with letters made specifically for the panel size you choose. Each individual letter is cut then formatted onto the panel by hand in our Long Island, NY studio. 
• PROOFING: This is a custom painting, you will receive a digital proof via email before we begin working on the physical piece. Please ensure that you input the correct email address at checkout.

• 1.5" thick
• We use for solid birchwood panels braced by solid basswood cradle. We chose our wood panels for proven stability and longevity over time. Each panel is precision-crafted by hand in USA. 
• Not framed
• Before mounting your painting, please ensure that the wall is clean and dry to avoid any residue attaching to the artwork or building up on the surface over time.
• Please refrain from altering or changing your piece. If there are any questions about your order, please reach out to info@havenprintco.com. We will not be able to accept any pieces that have been altered in any way.
• To ensure the lifetime and quality of your artwork, please avoid hanging in direct sunlight for extended periods of time.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

• FREE shipping throughout the United States. We will ship with UPS; please be mindful of the tracking information once you receive it. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 
• Due to the customization, returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be accepted. 
  
• Please inspect your painting upon arrival for any damage during the shipping process. 
• Due to different monitor and screen settings, colors may vary from screen to screen.
