I've said it once and I've said it again - the BEST brides come to us!
Step 1: The Stationery
Rachel came to us first for help with her invites, and said she wanted to incorporate her fun vibe, pastels & New Orleans flair. I love invites because they're the first thing your guests see and lets them know what to expect from your nights together.
I could tell Rachel & Tyler were fun just from their Pinterest board. It was filled with dreamy, but FUN vibes. Sometimes pastel boards can look too much like an easter crafting board, but Rachels was filled with fun, disco pastel dreams.
By using a fun custom, die cut shape for their main card, we made sure Rachel & Tyler's guests knew they had to make it to New Orleans for their wedding. From the shape to the color to the hand drawn illustration of a New Orleans musician - how or why would anyone say no? It was paired with a fun weekend festivities card (again, who would say no to a post-wedding NOLA crawfish boil?). The envelope also featured our musician on the front flap (right under the return address).
Now for the BEST part: signage!!!!!!!
We replicated the main card when designing the main welcome sign with a hand-drawn disco ball & "the party starts here" surrounding it.
For their bar signs, I was able to incorporate a design we've been dying to bring to life and as soon as Rachel + Tyler reached out I knew it would be perfect.
The pastel colors, the wavy edges, and the highlighted signature drinks piece on this bar sign makes this my favorite bar sign to date.
