*PERSONALIZATION DETAILS:
Font colors are not customizable. You will receive the same color font as shown in the photos. Refunds or replacements will NOT be offered if this menu is incorrectly specified. 

These tags are engraved on the front size only. Longer text will cause the text to appear smaller on final tag.

Proofs are not included. Only available upon request for an additional charge. Proof fee will be $5 extra and will delay processing on your order. Please note, this fee only includes ONE proof, of one shape and color option of your choice. 

Please Note: 
Pet accessory tags are subject to wear and tear and it is the responsibility of the owner to monitor the condition and ensure it is safe for their pet. If tags break, we will provide 1 free replacement with the purchase of a shipping label, within 2 months of delivery date. Photos are required to confirm replacement. Do not wash or submerge in water. Wipe clean with dry cloth.
